We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! If you love connecting with people and managing the leasing process from first visit to move-in, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions
- Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete
- Use OneSite and CRM (Knock) to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication
- Help manage community marketing efforts, including:
- Social media posts
- Business-to-business outreach
- Planning resident events with the Property Manager
- Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way
- Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone
- Keep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
What We're Looking For:
- Leasing experience preferred, but at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience required
- Experience with CRM (Knock) and OneSite is a plus
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Friendly, professional communication style
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a "get things done" approach
- Must be available to work Saturdays- we are closed on Sundays!
