Hotel Manager

Responsibilities: Hotel Operations Management: Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth: Design and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive occupancy and revenue. Staff Leadership & Development: Supervise a team including 4 housekeepers, 2 maintenance staff, and 4 front desk associates (including 3 assistant managers). Provide training, coaching, and performance management. Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial reporting, credit card transactions, and cost controls. Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a positive reputation. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and hospitality regulations. Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with guests, staff, and stakeholders.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Preferred Skills: Proficiency with hospitality management software is a plus.

Experience: 4+ years
