Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Remote Facilities Sanitation Manager to lead their sanitation strategy and operations. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for the overarching planning, implementation, and oversight of sanitation protocols across all company facilities, irrespective of their physical location. Your expertise will drive the development of best practices, ensure compliance with health regulations, and manage sanitation budgets and vendor relationships. This position demands strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to maintain exceptional hygiene standards through remote management and a deep understanding of sanitation science.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive, standardized sanitation programs and policies for all company facilities.
Oversee remote teams and contracted cleaning services, ensuring adherence to sanitation standards and performance metrics.
Conduct virtual risk assessments and audits to identify potential sanitation issues and implement corrective actions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new sanitation technologies, recommending improvements.
Manage sanitation budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management, sanitation, or hygiene, with a significant portion in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
