Quality Assurance inspector

Schedule: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM, overtime as needed

Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant / Factory

Responsibilities: Perform in-line and end-of-line inspections of foam fabrication products on the production floor to verify they meet quality standards. Identify, tag, and manage non-conforming products that fail to meet specifications. Audit packed goods prior to shipping to confirm accuracy and compliance. Review customer requirements and verify products meet those specifications before release. Identify gaps in existing QC standards and provide recommendations for improvement. Enter inspection data, audit results, and quality records into a tablet.

Minimum Requirements: 1+ year of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or inspection in a manufacturing or production environment. Basic computer skills, including data entry into digital systems or tablets.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with QC methodologies and inspection standards across multiple product categories. Experience performing both in-process and final inspections in a production setting. Background in foam, textile, packaging, or other soft-goods manufacturing. Experience reading and interpreting customer specifications or work orders. Basic math skills applied to measurement verification and quantity auditing. Ability to take and record measurements accurately using standard measuring tools.
