Maintenance Technician Perform routine, preventative, and scheduled maintenance on mobile and heavy equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Operate cranes and other lifting equipment as required. Perform welding and fabrication based on drawings, specifications, and original designs. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure clear communication and efficient operations. Maintain safe work practices in compliance with MSHA regulations. Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and moving violations. Maintain good housekeeping, including equipment appearance, workspaces, and shop areas. Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
