Boiler Technician - $34 - $38 Hourly Wage

Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and steam systems to ensure optimal performance Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on boilers, pumps, valves, and piping systems Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues related to boiler operations Monitor system readings including pressure, temperature, and fuel usage Maintain proper water treatment and chemical levels Respond quickly to alarms, malfunctions, or emergencies Work closely with production teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records Support installation and upgrades of boiler and utility systems Food Safety & Compliance Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards Ensure operations do not impact product safety or quality Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in audits as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Technical training or certification in boiler operation preferred 2+ years of experience with industrial boilers (food manufacturing experience a plus)Boiler Operator License (preferred) Skills Strong knowledge of steam systems and mechanical equipment Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
