Our client, a prominent AmLaw 150 labor and employment law firm, seeks a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join its San Diego team. You will handle complex California Wage & Hour class actions, PAGA matters, and advise on compliance and risk management for employers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of substantive employment litigation experience, strong drafting and deposition skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
