Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel with 8+ years of insurance defense experience, the remote position will manage complex civil defense matters, develop case strategies, and collaborate with a team of experienced litigators while maintaining autonomy over case management. Key responsibilitiesIndependently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials Develop compelling case themes and maintain routine communications with clients Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationshipsRequired qualificationsActive Pennsylvania Bar license required; dual admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey preferred 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense matters Significant independent case-management experience Trial experience strongly preferred JD from an ABA-approved school
