Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and optimize job postings and recruiting advertisements.
Manage social media content and employer branding initiatives.
Analyze recruiting and marketing campaign performance. Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community functions.
Support team engagement activities and maintain brand consistency.
Develop creative marketing ideas to increase awareness and attract candidates.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, communications, recruiting, or a related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with social media platforms and technology.
Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
