Apply for this role →A&P Mechanic | Ramp Works MX | Lakeland, FL (KLAL)Ramp Works MX, the mobile maintenance division of Dobbs Flight Service, is seeking an FAA-certificated Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to join our team in Lakeland, Florida. We provide on-site maintenance for general aviation owners, flight schools, and FBOs throughout Central Florida, built on a disciplined, manual-driven approach to airworthiness.
Responsibilities:
Perform 50-hour and 100-hour inspections and scheduled maintenance on Cessna and Piper single-engine aircraft Diagnose and troubleshoot discrepancies using manufacturer service manuals, fault isolation procedures, and task cards Complete repairs and squawk resolution on-site at customer hangars, tiedowns, and ramps, including AOG response Maintain accurate maintenance records, including photo documentation, logbook entries, and return-to-service documentation
Qualifications:
Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate Strong attention to detail and commitment to procedural, checklist-based work Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Recent A&P graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation and Benefits:
