The correct candidate can sit in Falls Church, VA, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, Fort Lauderdale, FL, or potentially one of their other satellite offices. Their day to day responsibilities will include helping to developing the business development group for the Healthcare line of business. They will prospect accounts, reach out to existing relationships of the client as well as their own personal relationships, help put together bids and proposals, and travel as needed to win work. Required
Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in a business development/sales capture role At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment selling construction services or construction related/adjacent services to healthcare clients (mechanical services, electrical services, facility services, etc.)Must have a "rolodex" of client relationships in a regional healthcare field to reach out to for potential clients Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Previous construction healthcare business development experience
