Tufting Technician: Craft, Quality & Growth

Engineered Floors, LLC is seeking a Tufting Assistant to operate tufting machines, creel equipment, and maintain first quality carpet. The role requires reading and basic math, strict adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to identify and report quality issues. Overtime and physical stamina are part of the job, with a focus on teamwork and production flow. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can work with minimal supervision in a manufacturing environment.
