Accounting Support Administrator

Location: South Glendale, AZ (85009)

Compensation: $28–$36/hr + Excellent Benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible Start Time (6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM)

What You'll Be Doing: ✅ Manage customer billing, invoicing, cash applications, and collections ✅ Prepare and track lien waivers, preliminary notices, and project documentation ✅ Set up new jobs and maintain accurate project records ✅ Process credit card payments and reconcile customer accounts ✅ Support AIA billing and customer platforms such as Textura and Procore ✅ Work closely with sales, operations, and customers to resolve billing and contract issues
