Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience in healthcare payer systems and business process management.
Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS Membership, Enrollment, and Billing.
Analyze business requirements, system enhancements, regulatory mandates, and process optimization opportunities.
Utilize advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and BPM teams to deliver effective solutions.
Support Agile projects, requirements documentation, UAT, defect management, and system modernization initiatives.
Must-have skills: FACETS, SQL, Jira, and Agile methodologies. Position is onsite in Seattle, Washington.
