Apply for this role →Senior Trade Operations Project Manager | Charles River OMSNew York City or Dallas | Hybrid A leading alternative investment manager is seeking a Senior Trade Operations Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of a firmwide Charles River platform supporting private credit, CLOs, structured products, and multi-asset strategies. This is a highly visible role focused on project delivery, stakeholder management, and technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Charles River OMS and Compliance implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, testing, training, and production rollouts.
Partner with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and external vendors to deliver strategic initiatives.
Drive front-to-back process improvements, workflow automation, and operational scalability.
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of project management, business systems, or investment operations experience within asset management, hedge funds, or alternative investments.
- Hands-on experience delivering OMS, compliance, trading, or investment platform implementations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from requirements through deployment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Charles River OMS/Compliance
- Trade lifecycle and investment operations
- Private Credit, CLOs, Structured Products, and Fixed IncomeSQL, XML, APIs, and data integrations
- Data mapping, ETL, reconciliations, and vendor management
