If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow in a stable, high-demand field, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Assemble switchgear units using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Cut, strip, and crimp wiring accurately Assist with sheet metal and conduit fabrication Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work with a team to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Ability to read technical drawings and schematics Detail-oriented and dependable Team player with good communication skills Ability to work overtime
Work Environment:
Frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching Independent lifting up to 50 lbs. Team lifting up to 100 lbs. Use of ladders up to 12 feet Work in tight spaces and noisy environments Industrial, fast-paced setting
Salary: $19/hr-$23/hr
