The primary responsibility is to serve guests with excellence by taking orders and preparing food and beverages. We strive to provide a positive memorable customer experience by assuring the store is clean and by greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner. This position will serve both our Carmel and Binford locations. This is a nonexempt part-time position that reports to the Capstone General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Café (Bookstore) Gives Ministry AwayGreets all customers with a welcoming friendly smilePrepares beverage orders properly with a sense of urgency and careRespectfully works with Shift Leader and team to ensure the best guest experienceConsistently cleans workstation Maintains a well-stocked workstationAble and willing to perform all opening and closing proceduresAdheres to Safe Serve guidelines Regularly attends and participates in trainings Maintains a clean welcoming café Diligently and joyfully completes tasks and provides additional support to the team Adheres to Northview's HR guidelines (Handbook) and Northview's Cultural ValuesCommitted to a personal spiritual growth plan and deeper walk with Jesus ChristMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Prior experience is preferred, not required.
