Lead/Senior Credit Officer

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Credit Administrator - Asset Based Lending (ABL) to oversee a team of Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts, driving consistent underwriting and adherence to credit policies. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in ABL underwriting, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Solifi/Stucky, Salesforce.com and nCino; travel may be required. Responsibilities include pipeline management, portfolio reviews, coaching PMs, and adherence to loan policy.
