The PA will manage pre- and post-operative patients, participate in daily rounding, and serve as first assist in cardiothoracic procedures alongside an established multidisciplinary group. This position offers structured call, strong clinical collaboration, and a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of cardiothoracic surgery experience
First-assist surgical experience
Ability to manage inpatient and outpatient CTS patients
Strong communication and team-based care skills
Eligibility for Colorado licensure
