Client Services Specialist – Remote

What You’ll Do: Connect with prospective clients who have requested information Communicate with clients by phone or video Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities Clearly explain available financial protection and coverage options Help clients evaluate options and move through the application process Maintain organized follow-up and ongoing client communication Build positive, professional client relationships

Required Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Comfortable speaking with people by phone or video Professional, dependable, and client-focused Organized and able to manage follow-up Coachable and willing to learn Able to work independently in a remote environment Training & Support New team members receive structured training, product education, licensing guidance, mentorship, and continued development. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based, performance-driven compensation.
