Principal Gifts Strategy Director

Brown University Health seeks a senior philanthropy leader to oversee the principal gifts program, securing transformational investments for our top priorities. You will partner with executive leadership, physicians, volunteers, and major donors to advance enterprise fundraising initiatives. You will manage a portfolio of 50–75 prospects, drive a multi-million annual goal, and coordinate complex donor strategies across teams to maximize seven-figure opportunities.
