Apply for this role →Deborah James is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Associate / Fashion Stylist to join our Boca Raton boutique full time. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, a strong sales background, and experience building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized styling advice and exceptional customer service. Build and maintain a client book, actively developing relationships through follow-ups, personal outreach, and styling appointments. Meet sales goals and help grow the boutique’s clientele. Stay informed about our designers, new arrivals, and seasonal collections. Assist with merchandising, daily store operations, and in-store events.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of fashion retail sales experience. Experience building and managing a client book; an established clientele is a plus. Strong styling, communication, and sales skills. A professional, reliable, and proactive approach. Availability to work full time, including weekends. Three professional references. Full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth.
