Senior NERC CIP/O&P Compliance Manager

Deriva Energy in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance to lead NERC CIP and Operations & Planning compliance, interface with NERC, Regional Entities, ISO/RTOs, and regulators, and build a high-performing team across wind, solar and storage assets. This role designs the compliance program, manages risk assessments, controls testing, audit materials, and training; drives root-cause analysis, reports to executives and the board, and advances tools to scale with fleet growth.
