Facilities Supervisor - School Maintenance Lead

ASDB invites applications for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Phoenix Day School for the Deaf maintenance team. You will manage day-to-day operations, asset care, and staffing to ensure safety and compliance with ASDB policies, federal and state laws. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems, supervising staff and coordinating with contractors to maintain facilities for students and staff in a compliant environment.
