Site HR Leader Union Relations & Plant Excellence

INEOS Pigments is seeking a Site Human Resources Manager for its Ashtabula, OH presence. The role leads the HR function on site, owning industrial relations, recruitment, learning & development, and HR operations in a unionized, capital-intensive plant environment. The ideal candidate will bring US labor relations experience in a union setting, and a track record of improving workforce productivity, safety culture, and leadership accountability while managing shift work and plant turnarounds.
