Senior Counsel, Private Funds & Alternative Investments

Marsh in Boston, within the Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team, seeks a senior attorney to oversee private funds transactions and related structuring. You will advise Investments and Operations on terms for hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and other private funds, manage external counsel, and lead negotiations.
