Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day salon operations, including opening/closing and staff support
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance goals
- Manage inventory, product ordering, and vendor coordination
- Create a welcoming and organized environment for guests and staff
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Prior management or senior leadership experience (salon or similar industry preferred)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong people and problem-solving abilities
- High School Diploma or GEDProficiency with POS and scheduling systems
