Labor Relations Specialist

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. invites an experienced Employee/Labor Relations Specialist II to support labor relations across production sites. You will partner with stakeholders, lead shop-floor communication, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role includes training, investigations, grievances, contract terms, and maintaining case files while representing the company at external forums. Collaboration with Korea HQ is expected.
