Controller
Controller – Carmel, IN – HybridI’m recruiting for a Controller position with a mission-driven organization in Carmel. The role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, audit preparation and payroll-related financial oversight. This person will also lead process improvements and manage members of the Accounting team.
Key qualifications:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls knowledge Experience with payroll accounting and reconciliations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferredCPA preferred Please message me if you’re interested or know someone who may be a strong fit!
