Manufacturing Assembly Worker

Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and clean work environment Inspect parts for defects Position and align parts using basic hand tools Use and maintain tools and equipment properly Meet daily production expectations Participate in inventory counts Complete required documentation accurately Maintain proper stock levels Support team leads and overall production needs

Qualifications: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Work well independently and in a team Stay calm and effective under pressure

Physical Requirements: Stand for long periods at a workstation Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms Lift/carry 1-5 lbs. frequently Occasional walking and reaching Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity Equipment Used: Hand tools, presses, drill presses, scales, computers, and safety equipment.
