Responsibilities:
Operate and program CMMs to inspect complex aerospace componentsInterpret GD&T and engineering drawings to verify dimensional requirementsPerform first article and in-process inspections to AS9100 standardsUse precision measuring tools to validate CMM resultsDocument inspection results, nonconformances, and create reportsCollaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve quality issuesSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement activitiesMaintain calibration and care of inspection equipmentFollow strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standardsContribute to training and knowledge sharing within the inspection teamRequired SkillsCoordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operationGD&T interpretationBlueprint readingUse of precision measuring instrumentsDimensional inspectionCMM programming (PC-DMIS or similar)AS9100 quality standardsFirst Article Inspection (FAI) Nonconformance documentationMS Office/inspection reporting
