Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician for an on-site role in Belle Glade, FL. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and addressing HVAC system issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring proper system functionality. Routine tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and technical problems, performing repairs, maintaining high standards of safety, and delivering excellent customer service. This position requires a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction while following company protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair and executing Preventive Maintenance tasks on HVAC systems
- Ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and address customer needs effectivelyEPA certification Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Minimum two years field experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus
