YMCA of Greater Houston is seeking monitors to support the Youth Sports Department, delivering engaging practices, games, and events for children while upholding the YMCA values of honesty, respect, responsibility, caring, and faith. Responsibilities include supervising participants, ensuring safety, and assisting with event setup and parent communication. Candidates should be able to relate well to children and families and commit to flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.
