Staff Product Manager, Loyalty & Rewards (Remote)

Affim is building a consumer loyalty program from scratch for the Affim Card. You will own the vision, set hypotheses and sequencing, and define earn mechanics, member benefits, and redemption surfaces across app, checkout, and post-purchase experiences. You will partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Marketing to design compliant rewards with clear disclosures, and you will lead embedded design and engineering pods through ambiguity to ship fast and learn fast.
