No Experience Required: *As a Production Operator, you will: Operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a clean-room environment. Achieve Work-life balance! – 4 days off one week and 3 days off the next week. Perform manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment and work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks Handle chemicals, microscope inspections, run precision equipment, and process wafers to comply with specifications and other requirements Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities Reads, comprehends, and follows required safety policies This is a full-time Direct Hire Opportunity

Requirements: High school degree or equivalent. A stable and steady work history with at least one year of work experience. Clean room, semiconductor manufacturing, or technical manufacturing experience a plus Good communication skills, both written and oral; ability to read, write and speak English Solid fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 10+ lbs

Salary: $43680.00 per year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
