Warehouse Inventory Manager Maintain inventory levels and data in the tool warehouse to service mechanics and technicians, ensuring compliance with all food safety standards including GMP, HACCP, OSHA, NFPA, etc.
Responsibilities: Attend to internal clients regarding parts and other materials. Receive merchandise, organize it, upload it to the "Stock Room" and validate that it is correct and with the respective quantities. Generate purchase requisitions as required. Generate receipt sheets and deliver them in purchases. Maintain correct inventory levels. Label and document merchandise that is not within the maintenance system as a new inventory item, as required. Keep the entire "Stock Room" organized and clean. Upload and download parts from the inventory system when required. Follow up on the inspection sheets of the forklifts and generate the respective correctives in the system. Follow up on the preventive maintenance of the forklifts. Follow up on the repairs of the forklifts. Follow up on the purchase of parts. Keep the forklift workshop completely clean, ensuring the proper use of this area by contractors. Maintain communication on follow-up issues with coworkers or any other related work area topics. Inspection of mechanics' tool boxes. Inspection of cranes and hoists. Inspection of harnesses.
