Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical engineering design efforts for a variety of building projects. Provide technical guidance and direction to engineering teams. Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Oversee quality control and technical reviews to ensure project accuracy and quality. Serve as a technical resource for resolving complex engineering and field-related issues. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery. Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers. Participate in project interviews, client presentations, and technical discussions. Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, technology, and project delivery. Help develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.5–6+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably within a building design consulting or MEP engineering environment. Strong understanding of electrical building systems, power distribution, circuit design, and applicable engineering standards. Experience leading or contributing to complex electrical design projects. Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Interest in mentoring others and growing into a technical leadership position. Motivated, collaborative, and passionate about engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is beneficial but not required. Candidates interested in pursuing their PE will have access to licensing support and professional development resources.
