Apply for this role →- 3+ years of leadership experience in a summer camp, outdoor education, recreation, young program, or similar environment.- Proven ability to lead, hire, train, coach, and develop staff, including seasonal teams and department leaders.- Strong experience in program development, scheduling, and day-to-day program operations.- Knowledge of safety, risk management, outdoor/recreational activities, and ACA standards.- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, staffing analysis, and using data/feedback to improve programs.- Must have a Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel for staff recruiting.- Christian commitment and alignment with Camp mission are required.

A hands-on camp/program leader who can own the entire program—from strategic planning and staff hiring to scheduling, safety, operations, and continuous program improvement.
