Executive Director, Programs & Impact

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a Director of Programs to ensure strategic oversight and compliance of all programs and clinical services. You will supervise program leadership while overseeing federal grant performance and leading continuous improvement across service delivery systems. The role includes developing and implementing a Medicare billing model in line with funding systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic plan.
