Working in close partnership with the Building Principals, the Business Manager, the School Board, and the Superintendent, the Director of Student Services provides day-to-day administrative leadership focused on ensuring that students receive appropriate academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and specialized support while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment. The position serves as a primary Local Education Agency (LEA) representative for Special Education and Section 504 processes and provides administrative oversight of IEP implementation, student support systems, behavioral interventions, and compliance requirements. Certification: Valid New Hampshire Special Education Administrator (or eligibility for certification at the time of hire).
