This role oversees all on‑site field operations for a federal historic renovation project at the Washington, DC Navy Yard, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule execution. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of federal construction experience, is a U.S. citizen, and is prepared for future travel as the company continues to expand its federal project footprint. Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrDescriptionEnforce all safety policies and address violations among employees, subcontractors, and vendors Lead field execution using the company's Quality Management SystemSet production goals with trade partners and ensure expectations are clearly communicated and met Develop the project schedule in partnership with the Project Manager; update monthly to maintain baseline milestones and identify opportunities Maintain and manage a rolling 3‑week look‑ahead schedule Oversee daily field activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification Profile 10+ years of federal construction experience Experience with historic renovation projects Strong knowledge of USACE EM385‑1‑1 safety requirements, hazard identification, and compliance Proficiency with: RMSBluebeamMicrosoft Office Ability to work full‑time onsite in a field trailer at the DC Navy Yard Willingness to travel for future assignments Job Offer
