Education Access Programs Coordinator

James Madison University is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to support the Valley Scholars initiative in Harrisonburg. This full-time position manages budgets, coordinates programs, and provides direct student support to 8th–12th graders pursuing college. You will develop communications, analyze policies and data, and collaborate with local public schools, donors, and university partners to expand access for low-income, first-generation students.
