Responsibilities: Lead and support nursing staff responsible for coordinating patient care and treatment services Manage daily department operations, staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation Promote a culture of patient safety, quality care, and clinical excellence Ensure continuity of care and effective patient transitions between treatment settings Support care coordination efforts and multidisciplinary treatment planning Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for nursing staff Monitor operational performance and implement process improvement initiatives Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative leaders to enhance patient care services Assist with strategic planning, workflow optimization, and program development Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and professional standards Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment
