Global HRDD Lead - Supply Chain

Mars is seeking a Supply Chain Human Rights Manager to lead programs mitigating forced labor, child labor and health and safety risks across our global supply chain for Snacking. The role requires cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder management in a multinational context. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Sustainability with a focus on Human Rights, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
