Litigation Counsel — Energy & Complex Disputes (Hybrid)

Western Midstream in The Woodlands, TX seeks a Counsel, Litigation to support commercial, tort and employment matters. You will manage disputes, work with outside counsel, and advise HR and business leaders in a fast-paced energy environment. Hybrid schedule (in office Mon, Tue, Thu; remote Wed-Fri), travel up to 10%, Texas bar admission required, 4+ years of complex litigation, strong writing and analytical skills.
