This leadership opportunity allows a physician to provide comprehensive clinical and surgical care while guiding the growth of a high-volume service line. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmology services in both clinical and surgical settings
- Serve as Medical Director for the ophthalmology practice
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced clinical staff, and hospital leadership
- Perform surgical procedures in a state-of-the-art procedure center
- Participate in a shared call rotation
- Support quality initiatives and program development within the ophthalmology service line
- Deliver patient-centered care to communities throughout central and southern Vermont

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Vermont
