Responsibilities: Greet customers and deliver exceptional service while serving as a brand ambassador, converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and creating excitement around the product. Complete all required training and consistently demonstrate strong execution of established standards and expectations. Regularly review individual performance and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Uphold the brand's image, standards, and guidelines. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace environment. Build and maintain an extensive, organized client book by initiating regular client outreach and providing timely follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries. Exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while contributing to overall store objectives. Develop and execute a monthly proficiency plan, utilizing end-of-month sales reports to evaluate individual strengths and identify areas for growth. Stay informed on new products, fashion trends, and company initiatives. Actively promote in-store events and client engagement opportunities. Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards. Support inventory management tasks, including physical inventory counts and restocking.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment. Passion for fashion, music, and art. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Experience working with denim products is a plus. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Efficient, proactive approach to completing tasks and managing responsibilities. Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
