Powersports Service Technician

About Us: Page Honda is a powersports dealership in Page, AZ, carrying Honda, CFMoto, and Stihl. We're looking for a skilled technician to join our service team and help keep our customers riding, working, and exploring.

Position Summary: The Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining powersports equipment including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, scooters, generators, and other small engines. This role requires a high level of mechanical skill, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance per work orders Accurately diagnose issues on Honda, CFMoto, and Stihl equipment Follow warranty procedures and documentation standards Keep a clean and organized work area Communicate clearly with the Service Manager and Parts Department Participate in training and certification programs

Qualifications: Prior experience as a powersports, motorcycle, small engine, or automotive technician preferred Manufacturer certification (Honda, CFMoto) a plus, or willingness to complete factory training Own set of hand tools Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license; motorcycle endorsement a plus Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced shop environment

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Comfortable working with power tools and shop equipment Compensation

Pay: $18–$40/hr, flat rate based on experience
