Conroe, TX | UTEX Industries UTEX Industries, a leader in engineered sealing solutions, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee and support our maintenance team. This role ensures equipment reliability, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support the maintenance team in daily activities Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Oversee preventive maintenance and work orders Train and mentor team members Promote safety and continuous improvement What We're Looking For:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred) Prior lead or supervisory experience a plus Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems Ability to read schematics/blueprints Safety-focused, problem-solver, team leader What We Offer: Competitive pay + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) Paid time off & holidays Career growth in a stable, growing company
