Paoletti's Cleaners is looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Help team member to join their Wheaton, IL location!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a friendly, professional attitude
- Accept and process incoming garments and dry cleaning orders
- Tag, sort, and organize customer items for cleaning and pickup
- Inspect finished garments for quality before returning to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area
Requirements:
- Prior customer service, retail, or counter experience preferred
- Experience preferred but will train
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
- Attention to detail when processing and inspecting garments
- Dry cleaning or laundry industry experience is a plus, but not required
